Test Sim card
Test sim cards allow use of phone menu functions on locked
handsets.
They enable
the engineer to use the phone and all its functions except
making calls/texts etc. as no network signal is given.
Test sim is needed for
tools like SE Tool
when you need to enter menus on the phone but do not have a
sim for the network that the phone is currently locked to.
