This area offers help and advice to overcome any problems you have setting
up your equipment
Having problems with a particular phone, and need help or advice on how to
overcome certain challenges using your tools. This area is for
specialist questions you may have using advanced equipment such as SE Tool,
Cruiser, MT, BB5 Unlocking, Testpoint Unlocking etc.
This service is for anyone who is having a really hard time installing any
unlocking tools on their PC, or simply wants to save any headaches, we
can do the setup for you. Our engineers can remote
connect to your PC anywhere in the world and setup and install
your unlocking / flashing tools for you. You simply
purchase a remote connection slot (£25) and we will call or email you
to arrange a time to remote onto your PC and get you up and
running. This is a
paid service, and is available to anyone, even if you did not purchase your
tools from FoneFunShop.

Our online help ticket system is
monitored between 10am - 6pm Mon - Fri. We also answer tickets
out of office hours too in the evenings and weekends, so the
